Hi! I am Farida and I am the founder of Wild Sugar Gourmet Baking in Mysore. I was a GMAT/GRE trainer at The Princeton Review before I took up baking!

I am professionally trained  @whitecapsind International school of Pastry where I took up the Paris Patisserie program and a few courses @lavonneacademyindia. Getting a certification and learning professionally worked beautifully for me since it brought my vision to life. Wild Sugar was launched on September 3rd, 2020.

Today I own a baking studio and have launched 40+ online workshops with a 5000+ student base. Welcome to my page!

Tried these two versions of Millionaire Brownies... Nd I must say Mam... They are super delicious.. The recipe was so perfect that nothing made me struggle right from baking the brownies to assembling.. Even the cuts came out so well... I just can't explain how happy I'm always to try the recipes from your classes. Heartfelt thanks to you and kudos for helping small bakers like us to learn and grow❤❤

Rolled out three Gateaux Enigmas yesterday, and what a lovely cake it turned out. Got lot of positive feedbacks, the taste was awesome and the layers came out very good

Made this dream cake from ur cafe style gateau it's a most delicious cake I have ever had thanks a ton for teaching this in love with this type of flavour decor and taste all r well balanced.

Chef ...I actually bought the first theobroma series. I'm yet to make one of your cakes completely. But I did try out the namelaka with bluberry. I'll send you a video of how it looks. I'm waiting for client feedback. It was so light, fruity but with a nice intense bluberry flavor.

Hi farida I used the vanilla sponge recipe eggless one to make this biscoff cake and I must say it turned out so so lovely..the taste was amazing the inside texture super perfect..and the best part no curd smell which I always used to get previously I hardly had to soak it was so so moist and the colour was perfect too

Yaayyy...!! Finally bought the e-book. So much variety and it's more like a detailed guide, atleast the first few recipes that I went through. So much hard work has gone into it. Congratulations Can't wait to experiment and try these fillings.
